muffaletta at mama rosa's  Mama Rosa's restaurant, on Rampart, is said to be the best place in town for Muffaletta. Imagine a huge oval loaf of italian bread, about a foot in diameter, made into one giant sandwich! Italian ham is topped with salami, cheese, and a mixed salad pickle. I could only eat one small portion.
